Surge Festival returns to the Merchant City for its 16th annual street theatre festival over two weekends this summer, with weird and wonderful outdoor acts from around the UK and the world. A wide selection of incredible performances will be joined by our Four Nations bursary acts, newly developed by street performers from Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales.
