The winning cocktail will be served at the Woodland Cocktail Bar in the Boardwalk Arena at this years festival.

Espresso Martini, delicious and as vodka and black coffee are two of my favourites, this is my ultimate beverage!
Vodka, shot of espresso, coffee liqueur, cane syrup and a pinch of salt, garnished with lemon and roasted coffee beans, please!

Ice. Shake and pour over ice or blitz and top with whipped cream x
Vodka + cranberry juice, squeeze of fresh orange juice, 6 or 7 frozen red grapes. Small / cocktail glass to get your fingers to the grapes. Straw to finish and a twist of orange peel on the rim. Purple Rain.
Our original one: Thames Water – Vodka, 3/4 Coke, 1/4 Cloudy Lemonade and dark rum, can put in a little bit of goldschlager/Smirnoff gold as well for the little bits swirling around and a warming cinammon kick 😋 so named because the mixture of the coke and cloudy lemonade makes it looks like Thames Water but god it tastes good lol!
My two go to originals. Scottish Gin Fizz. Pink rose gin and irn bru. Ice optional. Classy and earthy!
Edinburgh Rock. Morgans spiced rum and ginger beer. Tastes like edinburgh rock.
