We love seeing what the student music community has to offer every year at Dot To Dot and part of this is our partnership with the guys over at BIMM. We had a chat with their Head Of Careers, Damian Morgan, to see what he’s excited for this year.
• Must see act: Well, ALL the BIMM Manchester acts, obviously! Apart from those, the beauty of going to Dot To Dot is having an open mind and discovering something new. I recall walking into The Whiskey Jar a couple of years ago, halfway through False Advertising’s set who I’d not seen live before. I was blown away. Dot To Dot is for moments like that.
• Track of the festival: Sports Team – ‘Beverly Rose’
• Festival tip: Visit venues you’ve not been to before, get around as many as you can, and strike up conversations. I’ve made some great friends at Dot To Dot.
• Venue fact: Manchester has always been a great student city, and one of the beauties of BIMM is that we’ve got such a diverse array of acts who have come to Manchester and absorbed the influences of the city, while bringing a flavor of where they’ve come from. Prepare to fall in love with something wonderful and unexpected at the BIMM stage!

This also comes with a final warning on tickets – WE ARE NOW 95% SOLD. It's a difficult time for live events, for various reasons, and so we are very grateful to everyone who has bought tickets to BD2024. We never take it for granted and are working hard to make it a brilliant weekend for you all 💚
