Ordered mine day they went on sale and got 4 days later. I’m so excited already now into my 20th year. Met my other half there 4 yrs ago this yr whilst there with my ex husband, his wife and my best friend. Cant wait roll on August xx
As far as I know, only the first 1,000 sold were mailed out straight away along with the Christmas card (and then subject to the hit and miss Royal Mail strike situation). After that and Tier 2, 3, etc, will be mailed out a few days before the event – that was made clear on my acknowledgement email when I purchased extra Tier 2 tickets. Hope that puts people’s minds at rest. If you’re worried, check your order acknowledgement email and/or your Ticket Factory account. If you think your tickets are in a sorting office black hole, never to reappear, see if you can get Ticket Factory to reissue them. They are all barcoded, so the same ticket won’t be able to be used twice even if the first set do eventually turn up.
