pop-country hooks and relatable emotional storytelling has earned her comparisons with “an early Taylor Swift and Emmylou Harris”.A singer-songwriter from St Ives, Cornwall, Bailey is part of the new wave of British Country influenced artists. Her cross-over appeal recently saw her land a #1 hit on the UK all-genre iTunes Music Video Charts outselling Miley Cyrus and Kylie Minogue. Her latest single also entered the iTunes country charts at #1.
Building a strong reputation on the UK festival scene, Bailey’s progression has seen her land slots at Boardmasters Festival and a main stage opening slot for KT Tunstall. A regular performer on BBC Music Introducing, Bailey is capable of stripped down acoustic sets as well as high energy performances with her band. In January 2020, Bailey and her band sold out the O2 Academy in Islington.
