BST Hyde Park

The day has arrived! Croatia v England is upon us and we are READY! We look forward to welcoming you all for this huge occasion. Just to note, the roads in Hyde Park will close from 11am today so please use public transport to get to and from the park. See you there!

We are sorry to everyone who missed out on tickets. Please DO NOT come to Hyde Park unless you have a printed e-ticket as you will not gain access into the event but there are many amazing pubs and venues across the city to watch the game and cheer on England!

Good luck, England! It’s coming home.

If you have multiple tickets, do all of the people using those tickets have to enter at the same time? Or can they use a photocopy of the ticket holder’s ID?

If anyone has any extra tickets, please let me know I can meet you at the gate to get in. Many thanks!

Hi, I received an email yesterday, entitled “Congratulations, you have been successful in the Croatia v England ballot!” with a link to confirm, which I did. Then, today, I received another email entitled “Your Ballot Application: Croatia v England” saying that I had been unsuccessful. This appears to be the only way I can contact you to ask for clarification, so apologies for the wall post!

Hello, like many people on here, I received congratulatory email yesterday saying I had been successful in the ballot. I confirmed using the link early in the afternoon but then today I have received no tickets, but instead an email saying that I was unsuccessful. Please could you clarify this situation for all of us and send out the tickets ASAP? Thank yoooou!

seeing as it’s impossible to get hold of anyone at BST, I’ll try and ‘invade’ this thread (sorry..!)
Will the World Cup Final be shown anywhere on Sunday for the Paul Simon concert? If England are in it, i imagine nobody will go to the concert until it’s over. Poor ol’ Bonnie Raitt will be playing to a very small crowd

Just been told by AXS that if you haven’t received your tickets, then that is it. Would have preferred if you just told me I didn’t get the tickets in the first place!!!!

BST are you planning to just ignore everyone who is utterly devastated after you already told them they were successful?

Will you be showing the final if England qualify and how will this affect Paul Simon & co as I have tickets?
