Feels like lots of paying customers get fobbed off or ignored when asking for updates re Adele and tickets in the App. We have paid a lot of money out and would appreciate a response please 🙏

Seriously bad customer care from you guys. So many people not got tickets, don’t know line ups, don’t know schedules. They guy who organised Fyre could do a better job 🙈. I have no idea where my tickets are for The Eagles next week, cannot find out rough time they’re even on stage. I’m going with someone who won’t be able to stand for 9 hours, seeing you don’t allow any sort of seating we’d like to know how late we can arrive just to see main event and miss out in the support acts. Where can I find this info out please?
