   BST still waiting to be able to swap our tickets for accessible passes since becoming poorly. Have all the evidence but online form has not let me submit it. No replies from access bst nor any on social media. Have been trying for 2 weeks and no support via telephone as lines forever closed. Queued for autochat multiple times only to be redirected to the same link that doesn’t work. Due to come tomorrow. Terrible customer service for people with disabilities. #BST22
