Just to say….
Solarsphere 2020 will NOT be cancelled due to Coronavirus unless cancellation of small events becomes an active part of the Government's action plan!
If we do have to do this (which we doubt)!, you would be refunded your ticket cost anyway, so nobody panic!
As stated in their plan, the Government's response to Covid-19 will be tailored to the nature, scale and location of the threat in the UK as the understanding of the outbreak develops.
We as an organisation will therefore be guided by the Government's response to the advice they receive from various expert bodies.
So what can we all do to help?….
*Reduce spreading germs by washing your hands well and regularly.
*Don't panic buy! (unless it's a Solarsphere ticket)!
*Reduce impact and spread of misinformation by updating yourselves via trusted sources such as: www.nhs.uk/, www.nhsinform.scot, www.publichealth.hscni.net, https://gov.wales/coronavirus-covid-19 and www.gov.uk/
