This is pretty exciting for Wonder Fests, which look like they’re getting bigger every year. This looks a little deeper than last year’s WonderRoad lineup. A lot of the artists are carryover from last year’s WonderStruck or WonderBus fests (Local Natives, Coin, Almost Monday, Meg Myers, Michael Franti, Neil Frances, and probably a couple others all played one or both of those fests).
I bought early bird tickets for WonderBus and WonderStruck this year, and they were next to nothing. If this remains the shallowest / weakest lineup of the 3, that has me pretty content.
This fest was great last year, incredibly chill, some solid food trucks, lots of friendly people, and the stages sounded pretty good. And you can’t beat the price.
