2014 was an insane year for US Music Festivals.
Definitely a good one! I still think Counterpoint 2014 and Bonnaroo 2015 lineups take the cake. At least as far as festivals I’ve attended.
You know a lineup is old if you see Zappos as a sponsor.

One thing I don’t get is why the lineup is still so small for a 3 day fest. I love LiB but I always feel like the lineup is so small compared to the other big fests. Like there’s hardly ever that much electronic, world, jazz/classical, etc acts.
Crazy to see The Weeknd as a third line act, he’s a top headliner anywhere in the world now
I’ve been waiting for another year like 2014 to come around ever since. I went to so many festivals that year. Every lineup was insane.

Unpopular opinion…Not sure why that’s impressive, you cannot see everyone you want and if you try you’ll miss more than you wanted.
