I was there last night fairly close to the front. Their visuals were absolutely incredible! That New Person encore capped off an amazing (although really fucking hot) weekend.
This was easily the most unorganized, dirty, hot, and gross festival I have ever been too. That being said I drove from Florida to see Tame Impala and It was worth every second of it.
FUN FACT: Tame Impala is actually 1 man. He records and mixes his records all by himself. The group you see live are musicians helping Kevin Parker deliver the live experience.
Awesome finale show!! Such a good festival, you just have to come prepared for the Texas weather and buying a small camper with A/C was one if our greatest decisions! We stayed right next to the festival and it was AMAZING!
God damn that’s beautiful. I need to see them again, hopefully next time I so they’ve finished the new music, gonna be like seeing them for the first time all over again 🤤
Does anyone know anything about the person who died? I haven’t seen any news stories about it. You’d think fatalities at a festival would be newsworthy…

The *only* act I would kill to see live.

This made up for this abysmal festival experience. Nothing short of Tame Impala could make me go back again.

I feel like I would have had this view at Mad Cool but they hit us with confetti thrice during their set. No complaints though.
