please excuse my rudeness but…our freedom is slowly being taken away, our country is about to become a police state, pedophiles still run this world, children are being trafficked for sex, the suicide rate has increased 40% in the last decade, our tax money is being used to bomb and displace millions of innocent families in the middle east, and all you people care about is a fucking festival??
Has volunteering at food pantries and homeless shelters and decreasing your carbon footprints ever come across your minds??
Edit: I get that we all try to find an escape to numb the suffering, but come on. You all know for a FACT that running away from the suffering will only intensify it when you have no choice but to face it. And trust me, you will have to face it one day. We all will face it one day.
