HEADLINER ANNOUNCEMENT – Sunday At The Fair
For all you rockers, ravers, lovers and ramblers the first headliner for Ramblin’ Man 2018 and it’s their only UK performance this year! We are are very, very excited they have agreed to play the Fair!
They are one of the UK’s finest and diverse rock acts, they have sold platinum albums on both sides of the atlantic, and have played with the likes of Guns n’ Roses, Metallica and Aerosmith. The lead singer even took time out to front the reformed Doors!
Some say they were born into this but they need no ceremony, they’ll be bringing all the swagger and rock n’ roll to the Fair! They are Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy and they are The Cult!!!

Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow! I remember seeing them at Halloween in London in 1985… then missing the last train back to Staplehurst. Now they are coming to my back garden! ❤

Thats a good shout – not a band I would rush out to see maybe but a great fit for Ramblin man, adds to the already electric mix of artists, should be a good festival. Now just announce Paul Rodgers and the Free Spirit as the second headliner and you will be on the money!
We bought our ticks on day of release, so no matter what we were going Lee Garner Mark Nicol. Great 1st headliner. I remember last year when Extreme were named 1st and the comments were way more negative. They were great and The Cult will be great. Roll on the next announcement.

Hmm, the jury is out for me, hopefully they’ll wow us all. With the likes of Whitesnake & ZZ Top in previous years they have some big shoes to fill.

Anyone not seen Steve Earl before and thinking ” not really my thing ” I recommend you at least give him a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed ✌

Izzy hale reyt singer, cult one of the best bands ever, drummer from son’s of Apollo is the best drummer ever, but better when he was in dream theater 🙂
