The fireworks were a fab way to end the celebrations! Well done to everyone who worked hard to make BML such a success 👍🏻
Pete docherty why oh why….. should have closed the second stage on Sunday at best, after everyone had gone home
Meant to say. Another great year. The Wombats were fantastic even despite their kit issue. Not sure about Peter Doherty, I think Soul to Soul (brilliant) would have been better on the Saturday lead up to the KC. But a huge thank you to the organisers and please do not it be the last one. 😏 please feel free to delete the Disney gaff.
Our 2nd year at BML we loved it! See you next year but please please could we have walk ways or something to stop having to climb through people and children as people wernt leaving walking space round where they had set up chairs and blankets camps. A trip to the loo was like entering the krypton factor/ Crystal maze 😊
Another brilliant BML. Thank you to all who organise & help. This year Sunday, was the best night, Soul II Soul were amazing. Some of the bands on the discovery stage should be on the main stage rather than some acts this year, don’t think I need to name who! Hopefully BML will be back in 2018 🎼😎☀️
we really enjoyed it with our four year old after a few years break. a very safexand friendly festival and great line up with the exception of Pete Docherty. there were sone great bands on the discovery stage. we will e back again ! thank you Bml
Great weekend . But defo need another funk n soul / for next yr maybe craig charles gaff again? Think maybe chic mite be bit expensive to hire now 🙁
Thoroughly enjoyable, went on Saturday to support The Harriets on the discovery stage. Well organised and great fun, friendly crowd.
Sunday best day by far that should’ve been fri or sat finishing with maniacs. Wombats were the best this year bring back a few dance acts for sat next yr tho bit of variety x
Too many people this year, queue for bar was ridiculous. This was my 3rd year and apart from Manic Street preachers and Kaiser chiefs line up was poor. Generally buy weekend tickets as soon as they are on sale but will be waiting next year
Thought Pete Doherty was good, not a fan but rather have him on than going back to having the dance acts who attract the knobheads.
Manics, Kaisers, Feeder were all awesome.

Fantastic weekend but can we please have a bit more variety next year in the music. Maybe some pop or dance. Feeder, Krumm and Soul 2 Soul were my highlights. 🙂
BML, great night tonight, Soul 2 Soul, Feeder and The Wombats. Someone must have had a bollocking with the security this morning as searches were more strict today. Please no more oxygen thieves next year. I’ll si thi.
Great weekend, although if I had to make any comment it would be that on Sat there were far too many people and not enough loos and bar staff compared to previous years. I missed the dance DJs during each act too, they really warmed the crowd up. Gin bar was overpriced and larger was weak too!! Food was fab though. They are my only gripes. Still had a fab time 🕺🏾
Brilliant year BML! The Wombats and Feeder were awesome today but Soul II Soul were a fantastic surprise 😃 Please though do something about the bloody teenagers that clearly don’t know any bands that are on and just tramp their way through the crowd starting ridiculous mosh pits and fights and spoil it for the people that have genuinely paid money to see live music 😔
Sort the chair and rug situation out Bingley. It was a complete joke this year. Chairs everywhere with nobody sat on them and nobody could get through to move around. I love Bingley and I understand it’s a family friendly festival but this year was a joke for space family’s were taking up.
Great weekend – team of volunteers and security staff need a massive big up! line up fab – Ricky killed, it along with Soul II Soul – thank you everyone involved -awesome xx
BML it was great as always this is our 6th year been many festivals and how you put on what you do at the price is amazing, don’t worry about the moaners, see you next year
Another great bml! Lost my phone but some amazing person handed it in👌 thank you! But bring back a few saturday dance acts, as removing them clearly didnt sold the teenagers issue.. maybe a minimum age for admission with out someone with them 👌👏
I took a year out last year due to it becoming a bit crazy with teenagers and the poor choice of acts. I’m glad I came this year as it was amazing. Excellent acts all weekend. Although stupid teenagers trying to start fights while Maximo park were on really spoilt my night! They take up all the space down the front and most of the time have no idea who the acts are 😡😡😡. Didn’t really have an issue with the bar queue as you can still watch the band as you are waiting! Will defo be getting tickets next year! 🎸🍻🎤
I was there for Friday and Saturday – had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Shimmer Band, Tom Grennan, Sundara Karma, Kaiserchiefs, Maximo Park and Manic Street Preachers were my personal highlights.
Loved the chinese food bar and great to have a seperate bar for real ale.
Agree about the situation with the chairs – perhaps have a set area for them next year?
Officially done in 😊 roll on next year we left slightly early last night and all the stewards were lined up hi 5ing us as we left which I thought was a really nice finish to a great weekend 😁

Fantastic weekend Bml. Great festival. I agree teenagers were awful and rude! Security didn’t care! One security guard told me they were only looking for cans. Normally security get the chairs moved but that didn’t happen this year. Overall still a fantastic festival and we now have annual friends because of Bml!!
As always a very good festival. Not all the bands were to my taste – we’ve had better and worse years, but as I say, it’s personal taste. I’m sure I could make a list of complaints but I could make a list of compliments just as big. Let’s hope BML stays with us and we all keep supporting it.
