We are delighted to announce Mind, Body & Zen, brought to you by The Zen Project, are back bigger and bolder for 2023! ✨ Mind, Body & Zen is a celebration of mental health and will be offering an even bigger yoga schedule, pilates and more. New for 2023 is The Zen Project’s second American School bus – The Heart Bus, which will be hosting a whole range of immersive experiences such as psychic circles and self massage workshops! 🚌 All the usual favourites are also returning; the Temple of Connection, The Zen Den, The Retreat, Tree of Life, saunas and ice baths, plus panel discussions and magical music on their woodland stage! More details coming soon. We can’t wait to see you all there 🌿
