What’s the point, you’ll just put on whoever is the cheapest whilst counting all the ticket money from all who buy early

  2. Anonymous says:

George Ezra, courteeners, erasure, mumford and sons, lottery winners on the main stage, darkness (they were quality the other year),

  3. Anonymous says:

Courteeners, 1975, imagine dragons, tom grennan, the kooks, Keane , never gonna happen but The killers 😂

  4. Anonymous says:

Liam Gallagher, DMAs, stone roses, courteeners, Mumford and sons, prodigy, Eminem, route 94 again and Lancashire Hotpots

  5. Anonymous says:

George Ezra, Dropkick Murphys, Mumford and Sons, Toots and the Maytals, The Cult, Rolling Stones, The Beatsie Boys again, they were class!!

All I’ll say is it needs to improve on this year..was a great weekend but the main stage was sadly lacking..had the worst line up of any other comparable festival and certainly a backward step on previous years 😩😩😩

Lancashire hotspots headlining….. run dmc because you messed up
    Blossoms
    Charlatans again because there amazing
    Inspiral carpets “booon army”
    Craig Charles he was awesome
    The feeling
Scouting for girls would rock it on a sat/Sunday evening
Faithless to close or prodigy or chemical brothers

    Snow Patrol
    Muse
    Prodigy

    Kasabian
    Age of Glass
    Artic Monkeys
    Reverend and the makers (again)
    Elvana (main stage)
    Lancashire Hotpots
You also need to have more current artists e.g. George Ezra. You can’t have that many children and have any artists they’ve heard of or listened to for themselves (not just our music). My 11 year old loved Lady Leshur this year

If Morecambe carnival can get Garbrielle then surely a 4 day festival costing £1500 for 3 in a leaky yurt can manage better line up than this year. It was dire ! No disrespect but Lucy spraggan and the Hotpots were our highlights ! I’ve done 6 years and this’ll be my last.

It was still a great festival this year, just the line up wasn’t as good as it has been previously. I’d love Johnny Marr back or a debut for Ride. Think Courteeners are worth a headline shout too. Happily have the Charlatans and Primal Scream again. And get the Darkness back for a longer set. They were quality the other year.

Slow Readers and James- full sets. Frank turner and courteeners . Might as well throw the levellers in too. Smaller stage Jeremy loops, only the poet’s, October drift . James Holt Pretty please. 🙂

    A few excellent up and coming inedependent acts on the electronic scene;
    Empathy Test
    The Frixion
    Night Club
    Black Nail Cabaret
    Sinestar
    Shelter
    Promenade Cinema
    Knights

I think LG should have a longer spot this time. Enjoyed his song with the hotpots and think he could be the next big thing. 🙂

Space!! Paul heaton jacqui abbott. Rudimental (awesome in 2016) noel gallagher!! Madness!! Courteeners, gorgon city, jess glynne, shaun mendes just to name a few!!!

All these people saying foo fighters, stones roses, Arctic monkeys. Seriously though? They are £80 a ticket gigs alone, selling out 75,000 capacity venues. NOT going to happen. Unless tickets go to glasto prices…..as does the crowd size….

Why not be more realistic: pigeon detectives, reverend and the makers, editors, Miles kane, possibly royal blood at a push if we all chip in.

Give us some A-List or even B- List acts instead of the 💩💩💩 lineup from this year!
But let’s face it folks the organisers don’t give a flying feck who they put on as they will still be raking it in with very little care for the punters who will undoubtedly make it a sell out again in 2019 so be prepared for more 💩💩💩💩 acts 😡

Piss poor this year!! Sort it out!!!!Gerry cinnamon I believe was the best, but unfortunately was stuck on the M6 coming up and missed him 😩😩😩

  18. Anonymous says:

Depeche Mode, Massive Attack(main stage though), Tom Grennan(main stage), Stone Roses, Inspiral Carpets, Adam Ant(for the wife), actually as longs as they can engage with the crowd, anybody!

We went last year ,after 3 years, but really noticed they packed more folk and it’s starting to get to big sadly, thought the line up was very lacking for our tastes this year,so we have great memories,Noel Gallagher, elbow, kaisers, madness, rudem ental,so maybe they should have a review, good luck and thanks.

  20. Anonymous says:

Mumford & sons, Lancashire hotpots, Amazon’s, slow readers club, Elbow, Noel Gallagher, The Cure, Simple minds, Christine & the queens, Coldplay, erasure, courteeners,Olly murs, culture club, sam Smith, xx

It’s not the fault of the festival organisers that the line up was poor. They will always try and book the best acts possible depending on what they can afford. Look at the Leeds/reading lineup it’s 💩. I think performers were having a year off and not touring or charging to much. I really hope 2019 has a better lineup, it just depends who’s available at what price.

Come on Kendal, let’s have the courteeners. Couldn’t even get near the house party tent when the teeners tribute act was on! Also chemical brothers would be perfect
