Can you guarantee that somebody is monitoring the Ticket Tannoy inbox considering they went out of business 18 months ago?

Asked See for a refund of my Ticket Tannoy transferred ticket, they passed me back to Ticket Tannoy, no response from Ticket Tannoy
Emailed SEE for a refund but they said I needed to contact ticket tannoy. Can you confirm they’re gonna be issuing refunds?
