According to the website it’s still only on sale for selected members. Is it phone booking only this morning??
Not able to book tickets? Website says only available to selected members
Urgghhhh sat in a cue for forever only for it to state its’s not open for the general public yet! Epic fail 🙁
I have waited 12 mins to get through but my when got in it says tickets on sale to selected groups and I cannot book ??? what am i doing wrong I am logged in to my account ???

It’s saying tickets only available for selected members! Taken ages to get through too! 😩
So, it’s not just me! When I signed in it keep saying for selected members only, eventually got in a queue for half an hour and then went back to the same message when I got to the front of the queue 🙁
Is there a ‘physical’ box office?
Website is still saying “Tickets for this production currently on sale for selected members” at 10:15am. Still the same at 10:30am. Henley Festival, why aren’t you checking your social media? ☹️

What a joke. Been trying for an hour now to sort tickets to no avail, and now have to go and do some work. Frustrated isn’t the word, but you get the idea. Epic fail Henley Festival!

That was a bit of a waste of time! Rubbish when they should always check it is working!
