As proud charity in the arts we know and understand the difficulty in gaining exposure and also work experience in this industry. Our new charitable initiative RISE, is offering young talented musicians, comedians, and visual artists, as well as budding sound engineers, lighting designers and stage managers, the chance to perform and work in our industry, alongside being offered advice, guidance and practical help with how they might pursue a career in the arts.
