For the second of our 12 Days of Christmas we are delighted to bring you a song from the Betwen Islands project, recorded LIVE at the HebCelt Survival Sessions back in July 2021.
The Between Islands project,
devised by An Lanntair, the main arts centre in the Western Isles of Scotland aims to explore and collectively promote the arts and heritage of the islands of Orkney, Shetland, and the Outer Hebrides through collaborative projects.To date there have been three separate performances at HebCelt, focusing on new song writing, fiddle music and traditional song respectively.
