Following the sell out of our Saturday and Weekend Tickets for HebCelt 2022, we have been made aware of a high volume of fraudulent ticket sales being posted in the comments threads on our social media pages.
In order to protect HebCelt fans who missed out on tickets looking to purchase re-sold tickets and to allow genuine ticket holders who are unable attend, the chance to sell via a trusted and secure platform. We’ve teamed up with the great folks over at Twickets, an ethical ticket resale marketplace, enabling users to sell spare tickets at the price they paid, or less.

We will be monitoring the comments sections across our channels and will delete suspicious sales posts. If you are genuinely looking to sell your tickets, we advise strongly that you use the Twickets platform where the seller pays no fees.
If you wish to gift or sell tickets directly to a friend, family member, or know individual via a private sale. Please provide them with written authorisation to collect tickets on your behalf and email sales@hebceltfest.com with your order number and the full name of the person who will be collecting your tickets so that we can update the records accordingly. Please note, this does not need to be done for tickets sold via Twickets.
