As University of the Highlands and Islands celebrates its 10th Birthday we are joining with our partner Lews Castle College UHI to celebrate a decade of music courses at Lews Castle College and the success of their music student alumni, many of whom have performed with us at HebCelt Festival

Alumni such as Seonaidh MacIntyre from Trail West…………

First and foremost, as a piper through excellent tuition from Iain MacDonald, I feel it was the best year of tuition that I have ever had, encompassing a range of styles but focusing primarily on the Gàidhlig traditions of where I come from. The knowledge I gained in that year was a real eye-opener.”
