When Russell Brand came to Greenbelt last summer, we had a conversation we'll never forget. We billed it as being about 'life, the universe and everything' and, somehow, it pretty much lived up to the billing. In this short clip we talk about the role of art in society.
Russell was typically eloquent and poignant in his response. And during this time when we simply can’t experience art in the ways we are used to – together, live, in fields, auditoriums, theatres and studios – we thought we’d share his thoughts now, as a powerful reminder for us all about the transformative value of art in our lives.
