We’ve been promising it for a while now and here it is: our spirituality programme for August. Our new blog below digs into what’s in store for you, and we can’t wait for you to see yourself.
At Greenbelt we don’t really think of worship as something that can only happen at certain moments in certain spaces. There’s a spiritual dimension to everything we do at the festival, and it’s much deeper and wider than simply what’s listed here.
After all, what is buying a festival ticket if not an act of faith (and imagination)? Pilgrimages are made in vans, cars, trains and bikes each summer. At Boughton House, our wish is that the sacred and sublime are present in every blade of grass and peal of laughter, as old (and new) friends come together again. The whole festival is an act of worship, if you like.
