  2. Whilst I have a great deal of sympathy with the sentiment, I think we’ll need to do more than “stand with the Palestinians”. The US has never been an honest broker for peace and “standing with…” hasn’t prevented the momentum from reaching such a point where Trump’s move became “acceptable”. Sadly, many within the Christian churches of the world will be celebrating today… I fear that the dawn is a long way off and many lives will be ruined in the meantime.
