Her menus take inspiration from Mediterranean, Middle East, and Persian cuisines. Saima's Hampstead Kitchen has developed a strong philanthropic drive, reflecting Saima’s core beliefs in interfaith connectivity and global cultural outlook. Today, she is involved with over 40 charities and organisations around the world that mainly concentrate on homelessness and the refugee crisis.
