Rosie Ginday is the founder and managing director of community interest company Miss Macaroon, the only patisserie in the world that can Pantone colour match macaroons! With a heart for the homeless, her Miss Macaroon social enterprise works with organisations such as the Department For Work And Pensions, prison probation programmes, care leavers’ services and women’s refuges to recruit its trainees. Now an MBE for her services to the community, Rosie comes to Greenbelt as part of the Exchange venue – where we explore how business can be a force for good. #gb19 #WitAndWisdom 😄🤔
