Possibly the biggest contemporary touring act we've ever booked, Frank Turn...

Latest Festival Flyer update from Greenbelt

[ad_1]

Possibly the biggest contemporary touring act we've ever booked, Frank Turner regularly sells out stadiums, remaining stubbornly outside the music mainstream. His latest album, Be More Kind, couldn't be more apt for the times we're living in and for our Greenbelt inspiration. It was inspired by Frank reading the poems of the great elder statesman Clive James. A hard-touring, punk-folk troubadour with a diehard fanbase, Frank is a singer-songwriter who refuses to play the game and does things on his own terms. “I think about The Clash and the Pistols and the punk artists I fell in love with and they didn’t shy away from controversial things," says Frank. We can't wait to welcome the music artists we've wanted to book for so very long. Our hope is that Frank falls for Greenbelt every bit as much as we know we'll fall for him. This will be seminal. (And sweaty.)
