Over the years, we’ve worked hard at the festival to ensure a healthy gender mix in what we programme. We still have a way to go, but we’re hopefully heading in the right direction.
For our social club today we’ve selected a conversation from #gb18 called ‘Reclaiming Histories’. It’s sports journalist, acclaimed author of ‘Eat Sweat Play’ and campaigner Anna Kessel talking to Leena Normington, vlogger, activist and Greenbelter.
Together, they explore the importance of unearthing and celebrating the histories that get forgotten and overlooked.
