Michael Eavis describes himself firstly as an English dairy farmer. But the world knows him as founder and host of the biggest and best arts festival on the planet, Glastonbury. After seeing a blues festival in nearby Bath in the late 60s, Michael thought he’d have a go himself. The rest is history. Not only is Glastonbury the most revered and revelled-in festival there is, but it also raises millions for international and local charities. We prepare to welcome a living legend.
