In the light of some recent festival announcements, we’ve had a few of you asking whether Greenbelt is going ahead this year. So here’s the completely honest answer: we really, really hope so, yes.
We are busy
planning for a proper, old-school humans-in-fields festival. Everyone’s safety will always be our first priority, so we’re aware that COVID might have other plans in store for us.The loss of Glastonbury and other festivals is heartbreaking for the entire arts industry and everyone whose livelihoods depend on them, but it’s also the painful extinguishing of these precious cultural spaces that get dreamed up each summer in fields and tents.
