Friend of the festival Gareth Higgins has got a new book out. ‘How Not to Be Afraid’ draws on Gareth’s own experiences growing up during ‘The Troubles’ in Northern Ireland, and looks into the mechanisms of fear, as well as the quiet, immense strength of individuals and communities that refuse to let it reign. Gareth is in conversation with Cole Moreton this Thursday (29th June) to discuss the new book .
