This collaboration results in a captivating fusion, where the meandering melodies of Frafra Gospel gracefully intertwine with the rhythmic pulse of Ashanti high-life. Her debut single, “Mam Pe’ela Su’ure,” released on Philophon Records, has garnered widespread acclaim both in Ghana and internationally. This success is a testament to her talent and the unique musical vision she brings to the table.
Florence has a long history with Philophon Records. As part of Guy One’s group, she lent her voice to the hit single “Estre.” She also collaborated with Alogte Oho’s Sounds of Joy, contributing vocals to the popular track “Mam Yinne Wa.” Furthermore, renowned musician Jimi Tenor selected Florence to feature on his club classic, “Vocalize My Luv.” While she has achieved local success with several underground albums, “Mam Pe’ela Su’ure” marks a significant step in her journey towards global recognition.
