About
Wilderness started in 2011 at Cornbury Park, near Charlbury in Oxfordshire, and still calls it home. It's run by Festival Republic and sits at the grown-up end of the scale: music, but also talks, debates, wellbeing, theatre and some very good food.
Days revolve around the lake (people swim in it), the woods and long-table banquets cooked by well-known chefs, while the evenings bring live bands, DJs and late-night parties. It suits people who care about comfortable camping and a good dinner as much as a headline set.
