About
Truck began in 1998, when brothers Joe and Robin Bennett put on a gig using a flatbed truck as a stage at Hill Farm in Steventon, Oxfordshire. It's still at Hill Farm, and the food stalls run by local volunteers are part of its character.
The bill is aimed at young indie fans: guitar bands, rising names and a few big headliners, over a long weekend in late July. The site is compact and easy to get round, which makes it a good first festival.
