About

Sŵn takes its name from the Welsh word for sound. It was founded in Cardiff in 2007 by Huw Stephens and John Rostron and is held each October in venues across the city centre, around Womanby Street.

It's a new music festival: Welsh and international acts on the way up, in indie, rock, rap, electronic and more. One wristband covers all the venues.
