About
Slam Dunk began in 2006 as a club night and gig series in Leeds and is now a two-site festival over the late May bank holiday weekend: the northern date at Temple Newsam in Leeds, the southern one at Hatfield Park in Hertfordshire, with the same bill playing both.
It's the home of pop-punk, emo, metalcore and alternative rock, with US scene veterans, UK bands and new names across several stages. Each site is a one-day event, with no camping.
