Graspop Metal Meeting started in 1996 in Dessel, a small town in Belgium's Antwerp province, and runs over four days in June.

It's one of Europe's biggest metal festivals, with heavy metal, hard rock, thrash, death and black metal across several stages, from legends to newer bands. The festival takes the town over, and the crowd comes from all over Europe.
