About
Celtic Connections started in Glasgow in 1994 and runs every January for more than two weeks into early February. The Royal Concert Hall is the hub, with gigs in venues all over Glasgow.
The programme covers Scottish and Irish traditional music, folk, roots, Americana and world music, with collaborations, one-off shows and late-night sessions. It also includes Showcase Scotland for the music industry.
