BBC Radio 6 Music's annual festival moves to a different UK city each year, mixing live sets and DJ nights that are broadcast on the station and BBC Sounds. The 2027 edition runs across independent and grassroots venues in Newcastle, 12 years after the festival last visited Tyneside.
