Festival on the Farm 2019 info

●Camping field will open from 6pm on Thursday evening.
●On arrival, the parking/camping field will be split into two with clear instructions where to go.
●Card payments will be accepted at the bar & at the entry gate
●Music set times are subject to change as always
●No on the floor BBQs or fire pits
Only stand BBQs in the camping area only
●In our efforts to reduce single use plastics, reusable, recyclable glasses will be used in the arena and can be purchased for a small fee at the bar
●Fresh water is available from taps in the arena & the camping fieĺd
●Portaloos will be available in both the arena & camping field but there are no showers.
●No Fireworks, flares or Chinese lanterns
●Security staff will be on the gates & in attendance around the whole site.
●No flags or poles in the arena
●All dogs on leads at all times
●NO GLASS in any part of the event
Including the camping area.
●After each days events please keep the noise to a minimum in the camping field and respect the residents when leaving the site.
●When the event finishes, please remember the whole site will revert to a working farm so please clean up and take your litter home or put in the bins provided.
●See the attached pictures for the road closure coming from Thamesdown Drive. Follow the blue dots. Entry is via The Fox at the red arrow for camping & parking. Foot arrivals can enter via Purton House Organics Farm Shop.
