Bacem Anas Romdhani is a Tunisian violinist representing the Arab musical elite. Aged eleven he won a full scholarship from Yehudi Menuhin School and settled in the UK. He is currently doing an Artist Diploma at the Royal College of Music. Highlights of his career include being scouted by the World Philharmonic Orchestra to represent Tunisia, Africa and the Arab world in Paris at age ten, and winning the Vatelot-Rampal International Competition before turning twelve. His early musical journey is chronicled in his documentary ‘Once Upon Our Time’ (2010). Bacem Anas Romdhani plays the ‘ex.Menuhin’ violin by Andreas Hellinge, Geneva (1998).

    Franchement, sans émotion, et indépendamment du fait qu'il soit le fils de mon pays, la République Tunisienne. 🇹🇳🎼❤🎻 Je certifie que ce qu'il a fait des compétences de Basem dans la manière de jouer du violon. Ce qui m'a frappé, c'est qu'il utilise le pot à archet pour utiliser quatre gammes musicales en même temps. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas facile. Bravo Basem .

    Frankly, without emotion, and regardless of the fact that he is the son of my country, the Republic of Tunisia. I certify that what he did with Basem's skill in playing the violin. What struck me is that he uses the bow pot to use four musical scales at the same time. Of course, it is not easy. Well done Basem.
