Luddy Samms presents the 8th annual “Blues on the Beach’ the first week of February at his “Drifters Beach Bar” in Negril, Jamaica. Musicians from Jamaica, USA, UK, Germany, Brazil and Canada perform blues music from 3pm to 10pm on the seven mile long beach.
Luddy Samms opened up “Drifters Beach Bar” in Negril, Jamaica in 2012… he has musicians from around the world jamming with each other and other fellow Jamaica musicians performing reggae, blues, some soul, a bit of rock n roll etc…from 3pm to 7pm Wednesdays, Fridays & Sundays, December to April.
This video will give you a great idea of what you might see ands hear on any given day at Drifter’s. What I like about Drifter’s Beach Bar is the quality of talent that appears on stage to jam with whomever else is on stage at that given moment!…whether it’s from the U.S., Canada, Europe or Jamaica.
