The 2nd Singapore Raffles Cultural & Arts Festival, International Piano Competition is organized by Singapore Raffles Music College and managed by Ace99 Cultural Pte Ltd with the main objective to bring the elements of education, culture, music and the arts to the participants and the community.
This festival welcomes participants from the Asia Pacific region and this international exchange has been a golden chance for like-minded musical talents to hone their performance skills, learn from their fellow participants across the region as well as broaden the participants’ musical horizons and networks.
