Set in an abandoned Fort perched over the Adriatic Sea, Outlook Festival brings together the finest purveyors of dub, reggae, hip-hop, drum ‘n’ bass, garage, grime, dubstep, house, techno and electronica for what is now Europe’s biggest celebration of soundsystem culture.
