Winter Carnival Manali
District Administration Kullu and Manali Winter Carnival Committee successfully organized Winter Carnival 2020. The event was held at Manali from 2nd January to 6th January 2020. This was a highly anticipated yearly event organized to showcase the cultural and historical synopsis of Kullu Manali. Winter carnival was Ingrourated honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Jai Ram Thakur and Forest Minister, Mr. Govind Thakur.
