For COJAZZ 2021, we are pleased to present highlights from our 2021 TD Toronto Jazz Festival Summer Concert Series.
When our plans for the TD Toronto Jazz Festival were cancelled again this year, we wanted to find a way to highlight Toronto’s incredible jazz musicians – thus the TD Toronto Jazz Festival Summer Concert Series, a ten-week series of live-to-air concerts, highlighting the breadth of Toronto jazz. For this special COJAZZ presentation, we’re proud to present highlights from the Summer Concert Series – original music from Sammy Jackson, Elmer Ferrer Group, Jesse Ryan and Bridges, Jane Bunnett & Maqueque, the Shuffle Demons, Rich Brown’s New Abeng Quartet, Shakura S’Aida and Joe Sealy – 60 minutes showcasing some of this city’s best musicians.
