Best gig I saw at Leeds, so pissed off I didn't get a ticket for the key club, it's on my birthday as well
Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes were the first band I saw at Reading this year and they were by far the best band I saw over the entire weekend. Monumental success whipping the crowd into such a frenzy at that early stage of the day. The bands after FC&TR had no fucking chance.
I've only been following the band for a couple of months now, but I can guarantee that I'll be a devoted fan for a long, long time. I've seen a lot of live music over the years: Rammstein, AC/DC, RHCP, Maiden, Sabbath etc. and the performance that this band put on was up there with the best of them.
