Every year three families lives are changed forever when one young man is invited to become Cornet. He in turn invites a young lady to be his Lass and ask an older married couple to be his Acting Father & Mother.
In 1981 a young David Blacklock was that Cornet elect, Morag Guthrie was his Lass and Tom and Maureen Hartop his Acting Father & Mother.
